Arbourne’s Country Kitchen Ltd supplies wholesale food products to distributors, caterers, and hospitality providers across the UK. All orders are shipped in accordance with your agreed delivery schedule and using our trusted logistics partners.

• Delivery Areas: UK mainland (special arrangements may be available for other regions — please contact us).
• Delivery Method: Pallet delivery depending on order size and product type.
• Lead Times: Lead times vary depending on order size and product availability. We will confirm expected delivery dates when your order is processed.
• Delivery Charges: Charges are calculated based on order size, delivery location, and method. These will be provided in your quotation.

2. Order Processing

All orders are hand-prepared in our purpose-built, local authority approved factory. We apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles to ensure your products are shipped in optimum condition. Temperature-controlled logistics are used where required to maintain food safety standards.

3. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the goods are found to be defective or have been damaged in transit.

• Any defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please include photographs and a detailed description when reporting an issue.
• Where a return or replacement is agreed, we will arrange collection or credit as appropriate.
